There are so many action games on the Google Play Store that it’s hard to tell the wheat from the bran. But we’ve put together a collection of the best action games for Android after lifting a heavy load and playing for hundreds of hours.
Many of the games on this list are paid apps, which may cause you to pause, so you’ll have to trust us to tell you that these games are a good first investment. Plus, it’s always nice to support teams that are developing great games on Android!
Best Action Games for Android in 2021
1. Battlelands Royale
Battlelands Royale is a mobile piano game for mobile phones that is best played with a combination of cartoon graphics and top-down viewing angles. The game offers a fairly unique battle royalty formula for simple game sessions, and it only takes a few minutes to complete the game.
Like PUBG or Fortnite, you must land on the map with many other players, have 32 players, be in a security circle and get weapons, arrows, and armor to destroy your enemies. You can go alone or play Duos.
There are so many types to keep every game interesting. Of course, there are micro-transactions for things like cosmetics, emotions, etc., but this is normal for such things. However, Battlelands Royale is a really fun game.
JYDGE is a tough, violent, up-and-down double thrower that is a blast to play. You are a JYDGE, a cybersecurity officer, using your Gavel (see: BIG roller gun) to set up a RoboCop-style fair. Each level contains different challenges needed to make progress, but it never feels like a chore.
By collecting illegal cash along the way, you can enhance JYDGE and its gift with a wide selection of accessories. As such, JYDGE recommends retaining the fake elements of the previous Neon Chrome and replaying the levels with different upgrade combinations until all challenges are completed.
For a game that repeats the level of the game over and over again, it is important to find a great game combined with a very interesting and uniquely interesting sound, and JYDGE really gives.
3. Tesla vs Lovecraft
Tesla vs Lovecraft is another great game from Finnish developers 10tons Ltd, and it’s amazing. The game is based on the revenge of Nikola Tesla and his high-tech inventions by H.P. Lovecraft, who created an endless wave of nightmares.
This is a wonderfully polished game using a pair of sticks for moving and shooting. This campaign is gradually increasing and you have to be fast with your fingers as more than 200 enemies can appear on the screen at the same time. Fortunately, there are a lot of abuses and privileges that can be exploited.
The touch screen controls are comfortable, and the game has excellent support for Bluetooth controllers, which is always great for playing premium games. The main game comes with DLC that offers a lot of content, new monsters, weapons, and much more. No worries, the game seems polished without the need to spend more money, but in the end, you will be happy to explore more after you have done everything that Tesla vs Lovecraft has to offer.
4. Island Delta
Island Delta was published by the best of Noodlecake Studios and is worth a look. Created by Mantisbite from Finland, Island Delta brings top-down adventure and adventure puzzles to Android. You are tasked with exploring the retro-futuristic mysterious island with the heroes Dr. Zoe and Baxter to destroy the evil Dr. Gunderson and his army.
You have a gun against gravity, which allows you to overcome obstacles, puzzles, and enemies equally. There are over 30 levels to enjoy, hidden places, collections, amazing art styles, and good music. For just $ 1, you’ll get premium games without ads or in-app purchases. This is theft.
5. Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas
Grand Theft Auto is one of the video game franchises that continues to influence other games. You’ve probably played GTA titles on a computer or console before, but they play the same on Android, which supports a Bluetooth controller.
Rockstar Games has released five awesome GTA albums on the Google Play Store, but I’m highlighting San Andreas because it has a huge map and introduces many of the great features that remain to this day. It’s “Aw s ***, we’re off again.” After many years, it still fits.
